The Professional Development Partnership is for high school juniors and seniors interested in learning construction trades.
Choose Your Pathway
- Work-based learning: up to 20 hours/week of hands-on experience
- Youth apprenticeship: at least 450 hours/year in trade-related work
Program Benefits
- Work part-time while gaining valuable career skills.
- Get on-the-job training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting.
- Confirm your career interests before graduation.
- Network with professionals in the field.
After graduating, students can progress to the Trades Development Program.
